Finally made it back to the gym after being away for two weeks (cold followed by monster ear infection). I'm turning the tables on my workouts and now focusing on longer bouts of cardio with strength training at the end. I downloaded the new Disclosure album right before I went to the gym and it kept me on the bike, switching between levels 5 and 10 (!) for 30 minutes. I credit my imaginary gay husband Sam Smith for that. I really like the chill vibe of the entire album, which also features Miguel, Lorde, the Weeknd and a bunch of other singers.
