I owe a lot to Bruno Mars' first album, "Doo-Wops & Hooligans." It introduced me to interval training, especially on the elliptical. "Runaway Baby" and "Marry You" are great, high-intensity songs, with "The Lazy Song" sandwiched in the middle. This one will be a welcome addition to the workout mix, as soon as I download it today.
