I'm dropping the lbs, and I know that I should only officially weigh myself once a week. But the lbs are dropping off and I can't stop my obsession with the scale. Morning check-in's and the occasional nightly ones as well.
BUT. Last night, I was curious, and I stepped on the scale; a disappointing number stared me in the face. I went to bed, and LIKE MAGIC, 4lbs dropped off the display this morning. This was BEFORE going to the bathroom or doing anything else.
SO, where does the weight go?
